The GRAYMAN Merdeka (Malay/Indonesian word for Free or Independent) is designed to deliver as much chopping strength as possible in a fairly short compact package. The point is also in direct line with the tang axis to deliver a massive wound channel. The convex edge on the back of the blade gives a full length working edge so you can use the front edge belly for hard-core hacking and still have the dorsal edge for other knife work. The concave edge helps balance the knife for weight forward chopping, and for sleeving. Perfect for hacking an eland or elk into man-totin’ sized pieces. Each knife is 100% made in the United States from tough 1095 High Carbon 1/4" thick steel. Slight variations occur, making each knife unique. Single Bevel Only. Comes with Tan Cordura Sheath.
