The GRAYMAN Sub-Saharan is a balanced double-edge fighter/utility knife made from 1/4" 1095 steel. Made in single-bevel. Comes with a working choil and allows for a firm grip when "choking up" on the blade. Each knife is hand ground by Mike, 100% made in the United States and coated with black DuraCoat for corrosion resistance. Slight variations occur, making each knife unique. Sub-Saharan 10 has a 10" x 2.75" blade, 16" overall. Sub-Saharan 7 has a 7" x 2" blade, 13" overall. Ships with a "toothy" working edge. Sub-Saharan 5 has a 6.5"x 1.75" blade, 11" overall.
